Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation

Assessment at New Millennium Public School is conducted according to CBSE and KSEEB guidelines based on the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) pattern. Equal importance is given to both scholastic and co-scholastic development.

Students are evaluated regularly through written tests, assignments, projects, classroom activities, experiments, seminars, debates, group discussions and participation in co-curricular programs.

Academic Assessment Structure

The school follows a Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation system based on CBSE / KSEEB guidelines to monitor both scholastic and co-scholastic growth of students throughout the academic year.

Class I – VIII	Term 1 FA-1 (10%) + FA-2 (10%) + SA-1 (30%) = 50% Term 2 FA-3 (10%) + FA-4 (10%) + SA-2 (30%) = 50% Grand Total: 100%	Students are assessed through formative and summative evaluations including assignments, projects, written tests, classroom activities, presentations and participation.
Class IX	Term 1 FA-1 (10%) + FA-2 (10%) + SA-1 (30%) = 50% Term 2 FA-3 (10%) + FA-4 (10%) + SA-2 (60%) Final Result: FA-1 + FA-2 + FA-3 + FA-4 + SA-2 = 100%	Continuous assessment helps evaluate conceptual understanding, practical learning, analytical thinking and academic performance through internal assessments and examinations.
Class X	FA-1 + FA-2 + FA-3 + FA-4 = 20% Board Examination = 80%	Internal assessments are conducted by the school while the final board examination is conducted according to official board guidelines and evaluation standards.
